2. Deadlift and high pull

147,5 kg-155 kg-162,5 kg (Heavy Fucking Metal)

 

3. Front Squat – 3 reps up 20 kg

60-160 Kg

 

4. „hnus“ WOD

100 X C2B

100 X thrusters 40 kg

Me-16:26 … 100 c2b-6:15 and then … hnus

 

It was very heavy training now I need a lot of BCAA + B6 from SUPERIOR 14.
