A. Snatch 3 positon (power, half squat, squat) do it very fast and up to 10 kg.

20-80 kg
90-95-100-105-110 kg only squat snatch
B. Snatch Grip Deadlift 3 reps up to 5 kg
110-145 kg
C. Snatch high-pull from boxes 30 cm
3 X 100-110-115-120-125-130 kg
D. 3 X 2 Snatch Complex with 100 kg
Very slow snatch DL pause 3 s at the knees ->snatch high-pull –>very slow down -pause 3 s at the knees –>down to the floor and again ?????
