1. Snatch to max

3 X snatch (power, hang &  squat) 30-40-50-60-70-80 kg

1 X Squat snatch 90-95-100-105 kg

 

2. Deadlift high-pull snatch grip on the 10 cm box

2 rounds : 3 X 90-100-110-120-130 kg

 

3. Deadlift snatch grip on the 10 cm box

3 X 100-110-115-120-125-130-135-140-150-160 KG

 

4. Back squat

3 X back squat

80-100-120-140-160 &  PR 170 kg!!! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

 

 

BTW: Graz to Michal Velkov for again Snatch  95 kg as before the injury!!! 👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏽👏🏿
