B. Hang squat clean 1 RM for 60 min.

150-155-160 kg cca. 10 reps, but 9 x fail and 1 x PR- 155 KG!!!

 

C. WOD with Michal Velkov

12 min time cap for:

2000 m row

and ME C&J with 70 kg

 

Me: 30 reps

Michal : 26 reps
