B. 3 X  Snatch Deadlift + high-pull

2. Clean
A. – 3 x clean positon (power,half squat & squat) + Jerk 
UP to 10 kg
50-100 kg
B – Squat clean and Jerk 
110-120-130-140 kg
C. – Squat clean 
145-150-155 kg fail
