4 x sprint 20 m and 2 x 20 m run front run with leg extension

*2 min. rest

Again 5 rounds

 

*3 min. pause

 

B. 5 x interval for cca. 31-33 s / rest to 1 min.

20 m sprint + 20 m long jump + 20 m sprin +20 m running one side + 20 m running other side + 20 m sprint

*2 min.  rest

Again 5 rounds

 

*2 min. pause

 

C. 5 x interval for cca. 21-23 s / rest to 1 min.

20 m jumps from calf + 20 m sprint + 20m jumping  on one leg + 20m  jumping on other leg
