Hard lifting in the CrossFit Destiny!!!

 

A. C&J (power+squat clean + jerk)

40-120 kg

130 & 140 kg just Power C&J … PR (not nice, but it is 😀

 

2 x 145 kg only squat clean, but jerk fail

 

 

B. Back squat

3 reps up to 20 kg

60-140 kg

1 reps of 150-160-170-180-190-200 kg PR!!!

 

C. WOD … heavy Amanda

9-7-5

Ring MU

Squat Snatch 80 kg

 

me: 9:40 nothing special, MU-UB, but snatch was very heavy after A. + B.
