120+130 kg squat clean + jerk

 

B. OHS … 3 x 3 OHS with pause 3 s douwn

40-50-60-70-80-90-100-100-100 kg

 

C. EMOM 10 min.

Odd: 1 x jerk from boxes … 100-110-120-130-140 kg (fail -fuck)
Even: 10 strict chin ups
