2. Clean and Jerk complex from boxes 40 cm up to 10 kg
1x power +1 x squat +1 x jerk
40-130 kg
3. Clean high pull
3x up to 10 kg

4. Front Squat 3 reps up to 20 kg
40-60-80-100-110-120-130-140-150 kg
5. Jerk Dip
3 reps of: 120-130-140-150-160 kg
